Of course we can't make permanent pre-existing conditions such as carpet wear and stains just disappear. Most stains come out, but we offer no guarantees about staining. We have found that carpets with protectants applied to them tend to come cleaner than those with no protectant.

DIRT REMOVAL 200% GUARANTEE OF SATISFACTION

Our 200% money back guarantee is a dirt removal guarantee, not a stain or odor guarantee.

If your carpet still has areas of noticable dirt that were either missed by our process, or spots that come back due to soil wicking, we will touch up the spots at no charge to you, as long as you tell us within 14 days of the original job. If you're still not satisfied, we will make another attempt. If at that time, there is still a soiling problem (visible dirt that we've left behind - not stains) we will offer to refund your money for the affected area and pay another vendor of your choice to clean the area again. You can't go wrong!

GUARANTEE LIMITATIONS: WHAT'S NOT COVERED
If 90% of all stains are removed by our normal cleaning process, we say that it's likely that your stains and odors will come out, but we offer no warranty in that regard.

1. Pre-existing "permanent" stains. Some stains may not be removed by any means other than color removal (bleaching). Color removal and redyeing are NOT included in our warranty.
2. Stains such as pet urine stains, soil filtration (black marks around the edges of walls), certain food dyes (such as wine stains and Koolaid), and dyes from pet foods and fecal matter MAY be removed but we offer no guarantees.
3. There is an extra charge for trying specialty spotting products, with a likely chance for improvement in the carpet's condition. This is done only after you grant us permission. There is NO GUARANTEE that stains will be removed. No refunds will be offered for specialty spotting attempts such as sub-surface extraction, stain magic treatments, red relief treatments, and reducers or oxidizer usage.
4. CALL-BACK POLICY For pet stain removal: In case of the need for a touchup visit, we will return at no charge to attempt a reasonable remedy, however sometimes urine conatmination may be too severe to remove all odors and stains. The only guaranteed method of removing pet stains is carpet replacement. Our money back guarantee does not extend to pet urine or fecal issues.
5. Also NOT Covered: Stains on natural fiber carpets such as wool and cotton retain stains and require chemical dyeing to restore them. Natural fiber rugs are not included in our guarantee. Obviously our cleaning process makes a great difference in the appearance of natural fiber rugs and carpets, but stains are less likely to be removed by cleaning.
